Stern Instruments B.V. has successfully supplied and mounted 24 single-acting and 48 double-acting stainless steel actuators on Gulde BR1018 control valves. These valves play a crucial role in a large Pressure Swing Adsorber (PSA) installation.
An important aspect of this project was the modification of the valve internals by Stern Instruments B.V. This resulted in a significant increase in service life, contributing to lower maintenance costs and less plant downtime. In addition, replacement bodies and bonnets are now available, providing Stern Instruments with a complete and durable solution for its customers. All components are completely designed and manufactured by Stern Instruments B.V.
